Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and video evidence of any technical issues to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original factory packaging, including all laser modules, power cables, tools, and safety manuals to ensure a safe transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
